Fees

• Full payment is required within 24 hours of making a booking for all online and in-office counselling sessions.
• Appointments are only confirmed once payment has been received.
• If payment is not received within 24 hours of booking, we reserve the right to cancel and release the appointment slot to other clients without further notice.

• All sessions are by appointment only.
• Rescheduling without charge is permitted when changes are made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Clients may reschedule directly via the client portal by cancelling the appointment and booking a new slot. 
• Changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time
  Any cancellation or rescheduling will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time (after payment has been made), clients may choose either:

                   - 50% refund, or

                   - Use the paid session within one (1) month from the original appointment date.

• Duration per session is from 60-90min  (refer to fees). 
• Charging is based on the appointment time and NOT the start time of the session, therefore punctuality is highly encouraged. 

• All information shared by you is kept confidential with the following exceptions:  1) when the information is subpoenaed by the court or authorities  2) when we make an assessment that you pose a risk to yourself or others.
• Please ensure you have a safe and private space for Online Session.
• Recording of the session in any form is not allowed.

• The WhatsApp chat function is provided solely for fixing appointments and administrative purposes. It is not intended for discussing personal or therapeutic issues. All such matters will be addressed exclusively during scheduled counselling sessions. 

• Please call 999 or go to the A&E of any restructured hospital if you are having suicidal thoughts that you may act upon.
